Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of DocuConnect (the "Service", available at docuconnect.dev), operated by Averis Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by API credentials and AI agents you authorize. Tell us promptly at privacy@averissolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles and permissions for their organization.

Your content

You and your organization keep all rights to the content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and back up the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload. You can export your content at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

AI agents and integrations

You may connect AI agents and API clients using the permissions you grant. You are responsible for their actions within those permissions and for reviewing their output. Third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your content.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averis Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Averis Solutions against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Averis Solutions is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
